1. Introduction

We operate as a recruiting agency, providing services including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, and recruitment consulting. We connect employers (“Clients”) with potential employees (“Candidates”) and assist in the recruitment process.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business when requested.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Site and services provided.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the reputation or functionality of the Site.

5. Job Postings and Candidate Information

  • Accuracy: Employers must ensure that all job postings are accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for the content or legality of job postings.
  • Confidentiality: Candidates’ personal information must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We take reasonable measures to protect candidate information but do not guarantee absolute security.
  • Non-Discrimination: All job postings and recruitment activities must comply with anti-discrimination laws. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Service Fees: Clients may be charged fees for our recruitment services. The specific fees and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the Client.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice or service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JobScoper or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that an employer will find a suitable candidate or that a candidate will be hired for any particular job.
  • Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Site or our services.
  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests or the interests of others.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Private Employment Agencies Act 1981, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
